- 84% of the expenditures were allocated to 3 measures: modernization of scientific infrastructure (AMD 12.5 billion), funding of scientific and technical contractual (thematic) research (AMD 5.8 billion), and scientific and technical research in the field of defense (AMD 3 billion).
