ACSES (Armenian Center for Socio-Economic Studies) is an independent think tank with a mission to improve public policymaking through socio-economic research and analysis.

 

ACSES conducts research, analysis on the current socio-economic developments of Armenia, as well as prepares policy briefs that address pressing issues of the country and presents them to public bodies.

 

ACSES was founded in 2020.

“Support to Media Production” grant program of Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF) and Media Initiatives Center (MIC)

Under the contract signed with Civilitas Foundation, ACSES prepared and published 12 analytical articles about the effects of COVID-19 and the 44-day war on the economy of Armenia and other present issues of Armenia, as well as infographics and explainer videos on different economic matters on civilnet.am.

The project was implemented from 01.04.2021 to 31.07.2021.

“Data for Accountable and Transparent Action” (DATA) program of Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF) and partners

Within the framework of the DATA project, ACSES carried out policy analysis of the ways to improve the proposed comprehensive health insurance system in Armenia.

The project was implemented from 01.04.2022 to 31.06.2022.
